This means that you are not paying for the team to learn skills that you do not need. Our instructors are fully qualified to do a onsite evaluation of your work site and give you a comprehensive needs analysis. This can include a complete package of your equipment and training needs. They can also prepare an emergency evacuation plan for your site.

• 24 hour Crane and Basic High Angle Team Rescue

This course covers the basics of high angle rescue in a top down environment. We will cover basic anchors and lowering systems. Attendees will be instructed on appropriate anchors and systems for the rescue of the crane operator. All attendees will also be given instruction on safe and efficient rescue of a stranded coworker as well as self rescue.

• 4 hour Pole Top/Bucket/Derrick and Tower Rescue

Although the basic course is the same for each of these situations, the anchors and access to the subject change. We will cover the relevant scenarios for your workplace and ensure instruction on self and team rescue.

• 40 hour High Angle Industrial Rescue course

This course will cover everything that is in the 24 hour course as well as give more in depth training on haul systems, stretcher handling and situational awareness. This course is a good place to start the leaders of your rescue team towards a better understanding of the "rescue scene". A good method of maximizing your wage cost efficiency is to have the few stronger members carry on from the basic 24 hour course and complete the training. This way, you able to cover the basics with your ER team in the first days while only tying up a few for the remainder.

• 24 hour Rescue Leader Workshop

If your team has been active for some time then you are probably ready for some rescue leadership training. This course will take the competent rescuer beyond understanding the basics. They will get training in complex rescue scenario solving as well as leadership skills.
